Issuing Receipts and Delivery Notes

    【Issuing Receipts】 Customers who require a receipt should log in to their account, select the relevant order from "Order History" on My Page, and print it themselves. *For guest purchases (without member registration), you can check via the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
    【Regarding Delivery Notes】 As a general rule, delivery notes are included with the product shipment.
    • If you do not want it included: Please indicate this in the remarks section on the cart screen.
    • If you would like gift wrapping: Please indicate this in the remarks section on the cart screen. Wrapping is free of charge.

    • Shipment will be made after payment confirmation. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Cash on Delivery
    Please pay the driver upon product arrival (cash or card via touch payment only).
    • Delivery company: Yamato Transport
    • Fee: An additional 330 yen (tax included) will be charged for orders totaling less than 11,000 yen (tax included).

Delivery Days and Time Specification

  • As a general rule, we will ship within 3 business days after confirming your order (payment).
  • You can specify a delivery date from a minimum of 5 business days to a maximum of 9 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival. We will guide you through the return process.
Items that cannot be returned
  • Products for which 8 days or more have passed since arrival
  • Products returned without prior notice
  • Used, altered, or washed products
  • Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches due to the customer's handling
